What are all of us that don't live in arizona suppose to do, i doubt if our local stations would do anything unless it became so big that it affected the states other than arizona.i'm not finding anything on mmg except this sight. Is there something else i need to type in on google to get more info. I have filed with ftc, bbb, arizona banking. And my local attorney general and arizona attorney general. Wonder if the phoenix stations would broadcast about all of us outside the state. Anyone got any ideas?

Attach a lien on their property before the house goes away like the stanton's, EVERYONE call and write your Congressman tell him what you have done without any help from any federal agency - show him the arizona documents and your papers showing payments without any credit card closure, BUT DO SOMETHING call the local tv station, go to their house and knock on the door ask for your money - they will close the door on you like they did local papers but you can see what your money bought - Hyla threatened to have you arrested if you bothered her at home let them try you have a valid issue you may lose your home because of them, they are selling a million dollar house and probably moving to a bigger house thanks to you, they don't want to bring it to light again.
The neighbors must be appalled that they have that type of people living in a VERY upscale neighborhood no one likes to have your neighborhood splattered all over the newspapers and TV. I saw their cars they had for sale on ebay, they made over $50,000 this week alone on the sale of cars wonder how many are shown on their taxes I wonder if you will see any of that money, someone has to listen, I think its a great idea to write the IRS route also

Agian i am asking what are all of us to do that live outside of the state? How would we put a lien on their house,business , etc.

If you don't know, contact your real estate agent, your attorney, thats the easy part, but do it today and get it set in place. Then do what the other guest suggested, if the ftc, bbb, havent helped, your congressman is paid to work in your behalf. Make some noise, someone has to listen, don't stop talking to someone, there is someone who will listn, thats how I got my money - unless you don't care about losing your money

guest...I do not have an address, just a phone number. She has been answering my messages pretty promplty...I was assured I would receive my check on the date she and I talked about....so we will see what happens in a week and a half

Watch out. Hyla has contacted me by phone and e-mail.
she promised to call me by 10/21/05 with a UPS tracking number once she sent my refund. She truly sound sincere. But it has been 13 days since our conversations. and still no call. I continue to call her several time a day.
Has anyone independantly sued her for the refund yet?

Our agreement with the Arizona Court is only subject to Arizona. The courts gave us two options either obtain a license in AZ or refund all AZ clients. Its really getting deep in here, come on has she ever told anyone (well maybe one) the truth, read the past messages she is hoping you will keep shoveling until they can get away, if she is telling the truth, why did people from out of arizona receive all their money back? Don't believe it read the report, there are a lot of people on the list

Amyf. Is that letter you recieved about the bills that they did not pay or is it about all of our refunds? If it is the refunds then she lied to all of us saying she would refund our money on certain dates. I agree is anyone ready for a class action suite or a suite of any kind. It sounds like they are still playing the game with all of us. This has got to be hurting any business they have with all this publicity about how we were taken in by this place. I have tried to be patient but enough is enough

yes, the check cleared. and hopefully i'll be receiving the rest of my money back during the first week of november, as promised by hyla. i should feel grateful that i received most of my funds back, as it seems that it's a rarity.

i know that i have mentioned this before, but i just wanted to remind everyone that i've been waiting since may. i don't know how long the rest of you have been waiting, but i know that it's SUPPOSED to be in the order of cancellation....though i'm not sure if that's true or what that really means.

Jamiezane, that is great news since i am suppose to get my refund next week. I am just praying that i will get it also. I am at the point of break almost. I surely hope that she told me the truth as well about my refund. Keep me in your prayers, i really need my money. I know we all do.

Well, I've been refunded 100%. But my 2 coworkers haven't gotten a cent. Lulu (aka I can't tell you) is my coworker. I know she and my other coworker are desperate as everyone here is also. Just an FYI, I do live outside of AZ. I hope Hyla does the right thing and refunds everyone here as quickly as she can.

After re-reading the blogs and seeing everyone spinning their wheels now knowing that the Stantons are selling their house and probably moving where no one knows, I spent the day yesterday at each of my congressmens offices. It was interesting what I learned. The aides told me they knew about MMG but couldn't do anything because no one had contacted them to complain.
I took a copy of my original contract, documents of payments, copies of all letters and email to MMG, the BBB, my States Attorney General, the Banking COmmission, the FTC, a copy of the Arizona outcome, Ripoff and all the information on Hyla Stanton from Google.
They informed me they will read all the information, prepare a letter from the Congressman to each non-Federal office (State attorney General, etc) asking why there has been no movement from their office in this case. Then they will write to their contact at the FTC to move on this issue. Each office will be required to submit a letter back to the Congressmen and explain why the case hasn't been taken care of since this company does inter and intrastate commerce via banking.
They said that it will be stronger for each of us if you each do the same. It may not cure the illness but it sure will put a fire under them, especially if a Congressessional inquiry comes across their desk.
Now when someone doesn't know what to do next try this.

got on google and seen on the ripoff that hyla put on there that she was with a company named jubilee usa inc. not jubilee financial services. how many companies does this woman own or is the president of? the telephone number for jubilee financial services is the same as mmg but the address is in california and also carson city nevada i really fear we are all going to get taken for our money. those that knew about all this in the early stages got their money back but because we tried to keep paying our bills and trust mmg will probably end up with zip zero. i am furious. the more i check out this company the madder i get/.

has anyone gotten an answer at mmg lately? i get the message again to leave a message. says hyla's line is full and not taking any new ones. what's going no now? my refund is due soon; oh my goodness, is she running out again and not responding to anyone;
