I keep getting that too. But then it comes back saying it failed. I think they realize they are up the stream without a paddle. Well, she called me and left a message for me to call her back.. I did and left her a message and now she has not returned my call. What else is new, right?

Can someone plese help me. I have been a member of MMG/RMP for almost 3 years now. They have yet to settle any of my accounts and now i don't even have any way to contact them. Any information would be helpful. They have over 17 grand of mine. and now I am being sent to court over some of my accounts

I to had been with RMP for 3 years and all the sudden lost contact. To my night mare this has been the only place I have been able to find any info. Read the past posts. There are many people here who are going through the same thing. Many trying to get answers. There is power in numbers. Sign up. Read up. Share information. After speaking with their ever protective attorney, Mike Gerity this afternoon, I asked him why is it so difficult to get a refund when our money was supposed to be in a settlement account? He said, they don't have the money, which to me is a complete F-up on his part.

Also, a direct quote in an email from the ever protective attorney is:

You just threatened my clients once again to me. You have previously done so in voicemails and e-mails. Your remedy here is to file suit, not to make criminal threats

IL victom, yes hyla does read this. If you look back on some pages you will see her comments. smperfi, you should sign up on this forum so we can pm you. try and contact the phone for the attorney we are trying to have help all of us at (505)989-8117. That is alot of money you have paid them. Also file a complaint with the ftc. I also suggest you read this entire forum so you can see what we've all been through and have done to try and get our money back.

ng here in Wyoming they have over 4000.00 of my money. They did really well for about two years then went to h**l in a hand basket.

I hope they can do something here in Wyoming to these people. They have over $4000.00 of my money. They did really good the first few years i had them but all of a sudden they stopped. Now they aren't doing anything.
