Charland will only work with you if you pay him money... let the FBI handle this.

True, Charland will only work with you if you pay him money. This is only important if you want a chance at getting some of your money back. I belive the Feds are doing a great job and the Stantons will be procesuted, but that may just give us satisfaction and no money back. We are considering the option of using Charland.

I would not use Charland if I were you. If you want to lose more of your money then go for it... call Troy Niccoll with the FBI and talk with him first.

Troy Niccoll and FBI are doing a wonderful work, I belive that all the information that we have all helped them complie will lead to a conviction of the Stantons. I am NOT trying to win over converts to Charland, but we have lost a lot of money and I hope that there is some way to not only convict the Stanton's - but also recover some of our money. I know that Charland or someone like Charland is not for everyone, like I said before, we are just considering our options and sharing information on this posting. My sincerest wish is that everyone that has been hurt by the Stanton's be awarded some compensation, by conviction or monetarily.

Exactly! Mommontoya is right... if there is any money to be had the FBI will get this for us. I would not go throw money after lost money. That's just my opinion as I know for a fact this is the case already for some people.

We have had the same experience. They collected thousands of dollars, never paid a creditor a dime, and we can't get them to return phone calls, emails, or letters - even from our attorney.

We managed to pay off our own bills, but we want our money back. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Contact the FBI as listed above. It is the only chance we have.

Google arizona superior court, go to case information, and under civil cases type in Hyla Stanton.
