momontoya, I would suggest getting professional tax advice on the 1099 issue. No offense to anyone, but I don't think the participants in this forum are your best choice for counsel.

IMO, like me, the score-keeper above is has likely realized that too much time has past (statue of limitations), too much work and expense to get a conviction that would likely not result in any jail time anyway. Tough case to prove... criminal behavior vs bad management. Unless someone can show the Stanton's have a hidden stash of cash it might be best to just move on. With that being said, keep a Google eye on their names in the event they start another adventure!

I properly will get a Tax Attorney to help me with this as I am expecting a large 1099 issued to me for an account that MMR did not settle for me. And by not settling when they should of, it accrued several thousands in interest.

I think your wrong. The participants in this forum and I have learned a great deal from a very painful experience. We found each other on this thread and came together to support each other. Sure we made mistakes………..but I take away a lot of knowledge that has helped me manage my own debts. We learn from those that have gone before us.

I know a lot of you saw the 5 Investigates video but one slipped by me - just saw it. In it, the Supt. of Financial Institutions in AZ claims the Stantons have paid everyone back. The link to this video - cannot post it - go to the khpo.com website and enter as a search "Hyla Stanton", the first hit in the search is a file number 9492023. View this one.

Since I HAVE NOT been paid back, I wrote to tell her - it is totally unprofessional for someone in her position to make such a claim.

Anyone else want to write her how much you are owed?

Felecia A. Rotellini, Superintendent
State of Arizona
Department of Financial Institutions
2910 N. 44th Street, Suite 310
Phoenix, AZ 85018

Won't get me paid back - but helps with the blood pressure.

The problem is that this only applies to those that resided in AZ at the time. I am from the North East so it was of no help to me and many others. Someone can correct me if I’m wrong.
It's nice to see that other's are still on the look out for anything that can help all of us.

To Whom it May Concern:
Are you kidding me about the Stanton's??? They are manipulative thieves who thrive upon other people's money. They are being investigated by the FBI in TX, so please duly note. They are far from the innocent victims they portray themselves to be.

I am very very very disappointed with the job the FBI has done up to now. I sent everything I had to bust these thieves and nothing has been done. I can't believe they have stolen so much of our hard earned money and nothing has come of it with all the evidence we've sent in. I am EXTREMELY aggravated and upset with our uncaring government agencies who let these con artists get away with scams like this.

I'm still rooting for the FBI. We'll never see the money but let them take the time to build a good case. Remember it's been less them a year since they started.

Is it still possible to file a 1099 for the money that I paid to Miracle Management/AKA the Stantons? If so can someone send me the information?

Sent MMG a 1099 for any amount you want... there isn't anyone there to dispute it and certainly the Stanton's aren't going to step forward to chat about it.
