He is a great guy... very nice and easy to speak too BUT, he has been telling me this whole year 'We are close'... and look where we stand today. Nothing has been done. He even told me about 5 or 6 months ago, it looked like only 2 more months... well, it never happened and yes, I am totally frustrated with the system. I am not holding my breath for anything anytime soon.
Everyone needs to stay in touch with Agent Niccols, if you have not called him yet, do so and let him know the situation. Be part of the voice and call him if you have not.

Guys, don't count on getting your money back. I'm not sure and I hope I'm wrong, but by this time, most of us have already exceeded the statute of limitations in getting any monetary compensation so for now what we really need is to make these people pay for the misery they put us through. You know, I once got a hold of Hyla through e-mail and gave her a little piece of what they put me and my family through and she said she would give me my money back and for a moment I really thought she sounded genuine;I should have known better! Trust Agent Nichols to put these scumbags away for a long time.

Has Hyla Stanton gotten away with the theft she and her defunct company, Miracle Management and Risk Partners, commited? Has she disappeared from the face of the earth?. Is the FBI still investigating? I have tried to call them but they never call back. Any further news?
