If anyone is interested, Chris and Hyla Stanton are to be sentenced on November 7th. It is entirely up to the Judge as to what kind of sentence they will get. They are looking up to a maximum of 5 years in jail or a slap on the wrist with just probation. If everyone writes to the judge regarding their stories, it may influence him to impose jail time. Here is the address to send your letters.

HONORABLE FREDERICK J. MARTONE
United States District Court
Sandra Day O’Connor U.S. Courthouse, Suite 526
401 West Washington Street, SPC 62
Phoenix, AZ 85003-2158

From our attorney:

The Stantons have been found guilty. Their pre-trial officer is Chris Jantonio. The judge is Edward C. Voss at 401 West Washington SPC 75, Suite 324, Phoenix, AZ 85003. You may wish to write the Judge and the officer to express your opinions on the sentencing of the Stantons. This is the best way to ensure they get more than just probation.

Our Money is gone but if we fill out the forms that the courts mailed out ...maybe just maybe they will do some time for stealing from us
