If anyone is interested, Chris and Hyla Stanton are to be sentenced on November 7th. It is entirely up to the Judge as to what kind of sentence they will get. They are looking up to a maximum of 5 years in jail or a slap on the wrist with just probation. If everyone writes to the judge regarding their stories, it may influence him to impose jail time. Here is the address to send your letters.

HONORABLE FREDERICK J. MARTONE
United States District Court
Sandra Day O’Connor U.S. Courthouse, Suite 526
401 West Washington Street, SPC 62
Phoenix, AZ 85003-2158

From our attorney:

The Stantons have been found guilty. Their pre-trial officer is Chris Jantonio. The judge is Edward C. Voss at 401 West Washington SPC 75, Suite 324, Phoenix, AZ 85003. You may wish to write the Judge and the officer to express your opinions on the sentencing of the Stantons. This is the best way to ensure they get more than just probation.

Our Money is gone but if we fill out the forms that the courts mailed out ...maybe just maybe they will do some time for stealing from us

Just got notification that both Hyla & Chris Staynton were both sentenced to 5 years incarceration followed by a supervised release of 3 years. Way to go everyone!!! Although it took a long 5 years...these scumbags are finally getting what they deserve for ripping all of us off! I believe they will both be in prison in AZ - we should all write to them in prison! HAHAHA

Did you not know that you were sued? If you were not properly summoned you can motion to have the judgment set aside for improper service.

I didn’t see that we were to be paid back. I think they wrote of my loss off when they filed for bankruptcy.
I am so happy that they will now be doing time for the crime; they stole from a lot of people!!!!!

Thanks to this site I was able to get myself out of debt problems...Love you guy

Hey,
Well we received a summons about 2-3 years later! According to the folks with the lean, it was put on in 2004. Received summons in 2007. Plus, they just called to settle for 40% and we said NO. They told us it was put on in 2004 and statute of limitations is 10 years. Just 2 more years if that is true, anybody have a true answer for Statute of limitations for this situiation on court orders?

If sued impropperly, what are my options?

Thanks,
Jerry

P.S.
My letter from court showed they were ordered to pay us back. Do they have any money? Can the courts sell their properties to reimburse us? I'm sure they have funds/equity somewhere, just hope FBI/courts gets their hands on it for us!

I haven't been on here is a while (like years). I have received all of the State Justice notifications...getting the last one was bitter sweet. I feel like I found a pot o'gold that I cannot reach (the restitution money owed) BUT feel like justice has been served. I hope many of you have and will receive some of the money owed but it has been a long journey for many of us...I hope they enjoy their 5 years behind bars!!!

Well, the Stanton's time has come. According to the Federal Bureau of Prisons website, Chris Stanton is incarcerated at Lompoc USP. Hyla Stanton is at Victorville. The website does not yet show their release dates, but from what I understand, they must serve 80% of 60 months. Anyone can google the BOP website and type in their names to see where they are...and think that whatever kinda of day I am having, theirs is probably worse...

Well it's great to know that we got some justice. We may likely never see any money back but at least they go to jail. This forum was a HUGE success in getting the truth out about RMP/MMG and KUDOS to all of us who stuck to the plan and kept the fight going I know I wrote several letters and made many phone calls. I would really love to go see them in jail and just laugh and I would love to see their original attorney, Michael Gerity ( if that was not his name please correct me) and tell him, "Guess you were wrong buddy, your clients ARE going to jail!!!!". He actually laughed at me when I suggested it to him way back when.

I am glad this chapter is over and I hope that we get our money back although I am not holding my breath on that one, despite the letter stating that I will be paid some sum of money from restitution.

Power to the People!!!!
