They told me I was going to get it UPS but not true. A certified check from Bank of America came by regular mail. The actually split my refund up into 2 checks which were about 2-3 weeks apart.... would've been longer I am sure but I kept complaining about it everyday, numerous times a day so I am sure they were sick of me and wanted me to leave them alone.

I posted a link a few pages back (can't remember off the top of my head what it is right now) but it is a Revocation of Power of Attorney letter you can use and fill out. I got 2 copies done and both notarized. I sent one back to RMP at the new Texasa address certified mail so I know they got it. But MadMom was talking about the cancellation letter for RMP that they send to you stating you will get your refund in an estimated 4-6 weeks. These are 2 different letters.

Kristie, I have e-mailed Hyla and also tried to leave a message for her by phone but of course she does not return phone calls or messages. I am still going to do what ever it takes to get my money back. If it means calling everyday then that's what I am going to do. I keep a log of all the phonecalls I make and all the e-mails I send.

I tried sending them a letter to their Nevada adress and it came back addresse unknown. I have since sent to the following addresses can anyone confirm if these are correct or not?

Thanks for that info, the BBB is where I got that info, but its good to know seeing how shady these guys are.

I have talked with a lawyer and they are sending them letters for my refund. Hopefuly this will speed up the process.

Hello to all...After waiting for 5 months for my refund and numerous unreturned phone calls, I decided to look into this business further. Upon further review, I have found nothing good. Before I found this website, I had filed a claim with the NV BBB, and since I found out they had moved to TX, I have filed a claim with the Dallas BBB. Upon reading all 61 pages here, I think I can chalk the BBB up for a loss. I had contacted a lawyer in TX, but he has not returned my call. I am not out near as much as some of you, but it still makes me very upset to hear everyone else's stories. I cancelled my account in early October 2005 and had been with RMP since May of 2004. Thankfully I had funny feelings about them early.

Is there a new number, address and/or e-mail where Hyla and her band of thieves can be contacted? In early december I rec'd the letter stating I would get my refund in 4 - 6 weeks, but still haven't rec'd anything.

Well, I just got served with an order to appear in court next week. I am being sued by one of the credit card companies that RMP was to be handling. Do I need an attorney for this? I am really clueless about this, and a little scared. I'm at a loss as to how to proceed.

Hello everyone, I got mine by ups but I see that Kristec got hers different, don't count on anything from this company , they lie about everything to you and the 4-6 weeks turns out to be months and months so don't think it will come in that little bit of time, I emailed everyday and called and left messages every day and I mean every day , I didn't stop sending them , don't let them fool you into thinking that they will send it right away, to all the new comers, get out however you can.

I was in the same position you are about 2 months ago. I did not get any response from RMP to help, so I contacted the attorney who was had filed the suit. If you have the ability to pay anything they may settle for a lesser amount, or in my case they weren't will to do that but were willing to set up a payment plan with them which satisfied the judgement.

I see the BBB site also lists the name of Risk Enterprise Management under additonal names for Risk Management Partners at 5605 N. MacArthur Blvd along with the new P.O. Box 742588 Dallas TX 75374.

Don't Panic and don't feel guilty (you are the victim of RMP). Some cities have communty agencies that provide free legal assistance to low income victoms of fruad. Try lawhelp.org/ Tell them about the Arizona Banking Commision action.

To all the new people on the board. Please post your complaint at lawcash.com - Goto complaint center and then Finance - then Credit and debt services. There are only 9 complaints on there - I know there is more of us than 9 - If you haven't filed the complaint - please do so.

I noticed that right when they moved to Texas, there were some also some other phone numbers on the BBB website. I called all of them and none of them claimed to know what I was talking about. I don't know if they really didn't know or were just playing dumb. I called one of the numbers twice and asked both times if I could speak to someone in regards to my MMG/RMP account and neither one of them knew what I was talking about. I can't remember the names of the ladies that answered, but I didn't recognize either of the names from anyone at RMP.
