To all of you wanting to know what to do about your money coming out automatically each month. Do what i did. I closed my account and reopened a new one. I told my bank about bbb and that is what they advised because if you stop one payment they can always try again later or month after month. I am speaking to a lawyer tomorrow about this the kind that doesn;t charge unless you win the case. Maybe we all need to file a class action law suite but from what i understand about it a class action law suite has to be a group of people or at least more than just one person. This company is terrible. They don't answer the phone at all now. I emailed the guy named tekkain again and he sent it back saying he was not the person to contact but he would forward it to the right department. This was today. So i emailed him back asking if he was the only person there since no one answers the phone. And that someone named windy had said she would let me know an up date of my refund. Of course he didn't answer that one. And when i email windy it comes back to me so i guess i am blocked from her. I am just sick over all this.

Shady isn't the word for them. Lieing, cheating, thieves, so nice when you start with them. Very attentive until they get a build up of your money. I guess they are all laughing at us for investing with them. I read in the ripoff.com that one person said they spoke to mrs. Stanton on the phone and she promised to send her money in two days. Wonder if she got it. That was on the 3rd of this month.

I just called the phone and did get the voice mail of hyla saying to leave a message or email her if it was about a refund. I left a message and emailed her . No response yet. But i will keep bugging them until i get an answer.
I have also filed complaints with: AZ & NV & NY attorney general offices, AZ & NV State banking commissions, the FTC, and hell, maybe the BBB if I rememeber correctly.

citykid we all have to stick together in this. i look for a class action lawsuite to occur. i will be right in the middle of it too. they should have to pay
Our patience is tested here but we will definitely get positive response from the federal government. All are requested to bulk their complaints against such companies to the FTC, BBB and the DA's office.

citykid,
the last i actually spoke with someone was a long time ago. Tekkain did return and email about 2 weeks ago telling me to talk w/ finance to get my information. I have the names of the credit cards but was told by the new consolidation co. to get the names of the collection agencies the accounts are with now inorder to sign with them. The phone just rings. I have left emails everyother day for Hyla. My next step is to talk with the OH Attorney General - AGAIN - to get what I need.
