Good Morning everybody! It`s been a long while I`ve posted a message in this forum...page 66 and STILL COUNTING! I`m on spring break right now so I have some free time(besides work). Taking microbiology takes up a lot of time...hmmm...why am I oozing green goo under my finger nails?
Congratulations to those who got the partial refund checks and hopefully the rest of it as well. This recent partial refunds being sent out has gotta be a delay tactic. Curious though, something is probably prompting RMP to take action. Wondering if RMP is starting to get notices from FTC or some agency. I`m still waiting for mine after sending the cancellation letter and the power of attorney revocation form.
A note to guest who is asking Citikid, KristieC, and MadMomma where they are located at, it is recommended that you sign up an account in this website just like everybody else here so we KNOW who we are chatting with and the ability to PM (Personal Message) anybody in this forum. Yes, It`s Free.
Someone in this forum was asking me about my visit to the Irving office (I think it`s on page 65 or earlier, can`t remember). The Irving,TX address is valid. Nice environment though....THROUGH OUR FINANCIAL EXPENSE!!! The name Risk Management Partners is not visibly found on the company directory (1st Floor) but maybe under a different name. Again, this was back in January, it was new so maybe it`s name is on the company directory as of now...i don`t know yet. RMP is grouped with other company offices on the 10th floor...no company name is visibly seen nor any suite numbers. There is one MAIN floor secretary who caters to all the companies on the 10th floor (routing incoming calls, notifying company reps if customers/clients arrive, probably accepting packages, doing a hoola hoop in her bikini....I made that one up..sorry) Hyla wasn`t there when I visited 10th floor. I was informed that supposedly she comes and goes between Nevada and Irving,Texas due to "business" meetings and then some. There are strong doubts that it is the case.
Tax time is approaching. I received a letter from my creditor indicating my cancellation of debt (Tax Year 2005 1099-C) which I have to report as income to the IRS. Thats a good thing so that leaves me with one more creditor to go. Statutes Of Limitations has expired already so I can`t be sued by a creditor. Here in Texas, it`s 4 years. I joined MMG back in December 2001.
I`ll be back later today. Gotta get some sleep. Bye for now. Where did I put my soothing blankie?
