Worried, how on earth would an ex employee be silly enought to come back and work for them again after all that has went on with them, surely no one is going to go for standing with them again, just my point of view, it is still sad that they send those letters and emails that the 4-6 weeks is an estimate. I think that they must tell everyone the same thing to just pacify them like they did me and others and then after those 4-6 weeks you get angry and start pushing , that little bit of times just gives them a few more weeks to drag and lead you on, it is unfair and awful.

That is something!!! Worried, Do you know why they set up another p.o. box? I also don't understand how the report shows 0 complaints. Because I know I certainly filed a complaint.

I'm with you mom, I don't understand how anyone could work for the Stantons. The Stantons seem to attract other thieves like them. They set up another po box to start up another scam company to steal more money. It's the BBB report that gets me. 0 Complaints! Come on.

Not the address for long. Their house is for sale. They are moving on. Anyone find out if you can make a judgement on their property?

I too have filed a complaint with the BBB and it took them almost a month to process my initial complaint. When I filed my complaint in Nevada, they were very prompt. My e-mail from the Dallas BBB says MMG/RMP has until April 10th to respond or further action will be taken. What kind of further action can the BBB take? And I too am curious as to why no complaints are showing up yet. I am currently in the process of filing a complaint with the AG of TX.

A lien on their property takes a judgment against them. If you decide to sue the Stantons in your state I can help you serve them in AZ. The Stantons will either settle with you or default which will give you your judgment. I can then help you put a lien against their property. It will have to be quick.

I asked why I received a partial amount. Here is what the finance dept replied with...

A partial payment was sent due to your refund process not being completely
finalized. If you are unhappy with the partial refund payment and would
rather wait until your refund process is fully completed...please return
the partial payment immediately to our office.

Thank You,

Finance Department
Risk Management Partners, LTD.
