Miracle Management Group: How reliable are they?

Go to the Arizona State Banking Department Website, press release section, they have just released the outcome on the MMG suit, either contact them or take that information to your State Attorney General and State Banking Department, money is still available

I have emailed Hyl three times and asked for the status of my refund but no answers from her. She stated that we should contact her personally about our refunds but she isn't answering anyone I guess. I am sending her another one today.

been to the AZ State banking Dept - not much help - been to my state Banking Dept - NO help ...and my State Attorney General...Not much happening. I am not done with the 4-6 weeks yet. I have the date circled on my calendar and will call my Attorney General that day to get action. I figure my money is theirs but I will not give up..I have over $5000 in with them!!!

Has anyone tried to call mmg lately? It is said that you are suppose to talk to hyla if you are calling about your refund

I read on that ripoff.com about someon called jamie. she stated that she spoke to hyla and she was promised to recieve her check in 2 days.. did you get it or what?

okay. the last post that was done in my name was not made by me. weird. i know that i have a cool name and all, but i would not be asking how i can get them to stop taking money out of my account - as i have been waiting for a refund since may and they have not taken money out of my checking account since then.

so......to the person who used my name for their entry.....why? what is wrong with your own name?

that being said....in response to guest10, i'm the same person from ripoff.com who wrote that hyla promised to have my refund sent out on wednesday by 2nd day air. i did not receive my refund. actually....oddly enough...i got a phone call today from mike in customer service. he told me that my refund would be here on the 18th, via certified check from bank of america. he also asked me to update my blogs on the interent when i get the check. i will do so when the check clears, obviously...because it just may bounce. you never know.

i thought it was a bit odd that there was a contradiction from what he said and what hyla had told me a week ago when she just happened to answer her phone (totally random and weird).

and to add further insult, mike was trying to give me their phone number again.

but good luck getting them to answer. and i'd love to see that check in my hands. of course...they're not refunding me that $800 in retainer fees...but at this point, i'm over it. i just want my money like the rest of us and will continue to raise hell about it until it gets here.

and please....people....lets keep up the good work with these complaints. we're all in this together. all we can do is help one another with the power of our voices.

thanks for the answer jamie, i was told pretty much the same thing about the check being bank of america but it came from hyla herself. i will also post the date if and or when i get it.

I phoned Hyla yesterday and she actually called back...I was away from my phone and she left a message...I am waiting for information I need in order to sign on with a new company...she said she woudl be happy to have a packet sent of my account...we'll see if that ever happens...I still have a few weeks before the 4-6 week period is up on the refund...I am waiting for that day!!!

Has anyone gotten help from Chris Hayes at KPHO TV in Phoenix that was written about earlier, I spoke with him and he is working on roughly 9 victim complaints
Oh, the phone numbers that were written about in an earlier blog, the extensions, all bogus, the place is closed and no one is working, the phone number comes out of her house, and they bounced a refund check of a friend of mine that was to have been to repay the funds that MMG owed them according to the Banking Commission decision, so they sent that to the Commission

wow. no wonder nobody ever calls back. i'm not surprised to hear that they're bogus. but surely there must be somebody working if i got a phone call yesterday from "mike in customer service." maybe they're all buddies together and hang out at hyla's house. who knows for sure? really?

and i'm not surprised to hear that your friend's check bounced. that makes me very nervous about my own refund.

so what can we do, everyone? keep on complaining??

yes, i've exchanged emails with chris hayes. he asked me to keep him updated. i know that he's working with people who live in arizona, but i'm not sure about out-of-staters.

this story just gets more and more disgusting as it unfolds.

chris hayes cannot help out of staters. he did respond to my email. i am nervous about my refund check as well...not surprised though...at least the phone takes u to a voice mail now when last week it just rang. just shady. I hate feeling helpless...this is aweful and i cannot wait to be done with ths whole fiasco...if that ever happens...i am more mad a my credit being so screwed up than anything. we could have been out of debt by now if we went with another company..that sucks

Ought to put a lein on that big house that was on the KPHO TV Expose for the amount they owe until it is refunded back to you and the check clears.

spoke w/ hyla yesterday. she took the time to explain some things to me. said that they are NOT moving to texas. they were ordered to refund in AZ b/c they did not have a license there. they are located in NV. she let go many employees b/c they were not returning calls. she was told about this forum by a friend and was surprised at what she was reading. she said whe did not blame me for getting out and apoligized for poor service. she said the info i requested and my check - a cashiers check - will be 2nd day mailed today. she did say that she only had 1 incident of a bounced check that she sends cashiers checks...thought you'd all like to know...

I am now getting calls from my creditors wanting to know how to get ahold of MMG. I guess I'm in the dark because just in the last two weeks did I know there was anything hinky with them. Has anyone had success in getting their money back?

Brokeinillinois, it's tough to locate MMG as it seems that it does not exist physically.
