for my last post i accidentally didn't enter my name...so it appears as "GUEST" at the top of page 10. i was in a rush and it was an oversight.

that being said....i just wanted to add (under my name this time) that i will be updating as soon as i get my check. i'll also update on the ripoff.com, too.

it's supposed to be here, officially, on the 18th...just two more days. i'm keeping my fingers crossed for everyone out there. i really believe that we are all going to get our money back. i know it's been a really crazy battle and it's been an unbearable wait, but i think that believing it will happen might help a little bit with the anxiety.

i surely hope that hyla is on her way to keeping her word but i really wonder if she really is. on ripoff,com someone named lori said she was suppose to get her check a few days ago and that she would up date when she did, well she hasn't stated that she got it yet so did hyla lie to her? and if so look whats in store for us . i have just about had all i can take from mmg. i am waiting until the date that hyla herself said i would get it and then i think it's time for someone to step up and take some legal action,.

i revised it with guest on it and tried to remove the one with jamiezane on it but it was too late ,. again it was an accidnet. i think we are all so frustrated that we are at our wits end now. truely sorry for that entry under your name.

it's okay! it's not the first time. i have a cool name anyway. i guess that's why i use it instead of something else.
so......i just got my check in the mail today. it's the same check number that hyla told me it would be, but doesn't say bank of america on it anywhere and also doesn't say that it's a certified check either. i've never received a certified check before so i wouldn't know what it looked like anyway.
i'm about to go to the bank right now to deposit this. i'll let everyone know if it clears. i'm really keeping my fingers crossed now. seeing that check in the mail was like finding the holy grail. i only hope it's real!

this is Lori....I have yet to receive the info hyla said would be 2nd day air'd. I gave until today (which was 6 days) I called and left a message...sound like a lot of us have had the same conversation. i too told her i would watch my comments about her and the company...but I have not rec. the info promised. I have updated my stuff on ripoff once but need to do it again.I hope to find that "holy grail" as well here in the mail!!! hyla did give me the info i needed over the phone - thank goodness - or I would still be in the same boat...i tried to tell her how she KILLED all of our credit and nothing they would do could get it back. on my way back - but now in the hole for 4 yrs...when i should have been on top by now Sad

I too am waiting on a check from Hyla. It has been over a week now. I'll update you when something happens.

I have been a member of MMG/RMP for about 2 years. They have been taking out money every month from my account the whole time. This month is supposed to be the last month of my program and I can't believe that they are a scam! No wonder I have not been able to contact them! I am being sued by 2 credit card companies that I put under care of MMG/RMP. They have taken out about $6000 from my account! I called the number posted above for Hyla Stanton and any number I can find to contact MMG/RMP--no answer. I will complain to the attorney general. What else do I do to get my money back?! Please help!

EMD, I am sorry that you realized this scam so late after sending so much money to them. File a complaint against them at the FTC and the BBB with a copy of your bank account showing the withdrawals since the last two years.

Emd sounds like you are in the same boat as all of us. We too have had a lot of money taken out of our accounts with mmg. Hyla said to contact her personally and she would make sure we all got our money back but as you see she isn't sending it as she promised. I would like to know who i can contact about this. This is getting worse rather than better.i tried to call mmg and get the voice message again. There for a while she answered the phone but they have started that stuff of not answering the phone again. Anyone out there know what we need to do now. She promised lori that she would get her money but as you see she didn't. Now i almost know i won't get mine either. Any ideas on what to do now. Are we ready for filing a class action law suite for our money and for loosing our good credit because of this company?

It's a pity that such companies like MMG exist who are misusing consumers accounts. You should file your complaints at the FTC, BBB and the attorney general office in your state. I expect that they will definitely take necessary actions after they have received complaints in large numbers. Please send your complaints to the authorities ASAP.

Ben. I have done all of the above you mentioned. Still waiting. Reading about more rip off's here. What else can we all do? This has been going on for months now. There has got to be a way to make them get on the ball. How can she just plain lie over the phone like this and get away with it. Who do we need to contact besides the above mentioned. I live on the other side of the us from arizona. What are we going to do about this.

I am sorry that you are going through all this pain. Hire an attorney who specializes in the lawsuits of fdcpa and FCRA violations. But I was also told by someone that MMG does not exist. This makes it even tougher.

I found in Arizona's corporation lists a company called Killer Kustoms Inc. I also found Chrome Lotus Wheels that may in fact be owned by Killer Kustom. Does anyone else know anything about them? It appears Chris Stanton is listed as the president, Hyla Stanton is listed as the secretary and Mike Garity (? attorney) is in there too. If Hyla will answer the phone maybe she has some to say about it? If this is true, what would happen if MMG gave some cash this other company? Who ever talks with Hyla first, please ask.
