I just posted a message about Ellis & Crosby and I'm so scared that I will get into trouble over these payday loans. I just read that they have been suspended. Do I still need to send them money on the payday loans? They really have me scared to stop paying them, but I could use the money on the other loans. thanks

Welcome to the forums
Yes Ellis Crosby & Associates are suspended by ACA Ethics and Professional Responsibility Committee. The suspension will last for ninety days and it will be effective from June 1, 2005.
During this period you are not required to send any money to Ellis Crosby and if they try to contact you and threatens or harass you then please lodge a complain in FTC and they will take the necessary action. Please do not stress yourself out.
