One credit card company has already said they submitted the complaint gone to court witout my knowledge and said my employer and husbands employer will get paper and start taking money out of our checks can this happen?

Welcome to the forums.

The credit card company is trying to harrass you by stating that your employer or your husband's employer will start deducting money from your paycheck.
Also if they have gone to the court ask them to support their claim with legal documents.
So you dont need to worry about it.
You can consult your attorney for taking legal action against the credt card company for harrassing you.
