What time does Ellis, Crosby, & Associates open? It's a little after 10am eastern time, and no one is answering.

Well...they could just be ignoring incoming calls. The extentions provided to persons with accounts there should know it. Any legal calls will be directed to a voicemail box. But it's weird that even with all the extentions that I've gotten...Tammy 201, Steven 221, Dick Greenburg 291, etc...you think someone would answer.

It could just be a day off.

Time can only tell. We'll see what happens. Now everyone that has accounts there, plan on getting harassed by another agency. Not really harassed, but just wanting their money.

Who knows..maybe the government will seize all the accounts from Ellis, Crosby, & Investigators and clear all accounts. That's a long shot, but who knows.

Maybe THEIR employees will go in debt and have to call a "collections company" and speak to an "investigator"...LOL! Then THEY can be harassed!

Do you think TED CROSBY will open up under another name and do the same thing?
If you read their statement, it clearly states that Ted Crosby told his employee's to act like that and threaten people. So does that mean he is taking FULL responsiblity for this action?

it was the automated line that picked up. i hit zero, and the girl said, "how may i direct your call?"

I was just wondering if anyone whas ever been contacted by them after filing letters and complaints. I filed with the BBB, FTC, Atty. General of Florida, and then sent them a letter asking for debt validation. I have not heard anything since. Anyone else?

I haven't heard from them after I sent them a fax telling them to essentially leave me the heck alone. Still waiting for Mr. Investigator to come barrelling in my office to take me away! Very Happy

I actually only called to see if they were still answering the phones. If they're answering, that means they are open for business.

Beth if you have not been paying attention the Attorney Generals office is now after them, they are going to be shut down by the courts for unethical pratices.

Three different people from this company called trying to collect on a $300 loan.....then they tried to say I owed for two loans at that amount and $800 in late fees and charges trying to make a total of $1400...then when I tried to straighten it out they told me there was going to be a warrant out for my arrest, going by my driver license number, for 3 counts of white collar crime....then when I said that payday loans were illegal in new jersey and there is a 16% cap on the loan for collection purposes..the phone cut out, I trried calling back and left voice mails never received a call back....I wonder why...LOL And to think I was willing to pay the exact money owed which was $300..now they ain't getiing s**t from me.
