Can this company serve me with papers at my job, saying that they will take me to jail?

Ellis crosby has been suspended by ACA for 90 days.
They cant carry on their collection services for this time frame.You can go through the following forum post for more information on this topic -

If these people are harassing you at work and threatening you about taking you to jail then they are violating fdcpa laws. You can file a written complaint with FTC and your state consumer protection agency.
Also you can consult your lawyer for your next course of action.
