I need information in retards that if I have a loan with your company can I just pay the interest or do I have to pay fhe full amount of the loan?

When you loan with Sonic...you will be charged about $27 for every $100 you borrow. There's a $200 minimum to borrow. And that is all due the day you specify (usually the day after you get paid because they take the money out at 6am.) Specific questions regarding interest...better off calling their customer care. Personally I do not recommend Sonic. Was that what you were asking?

if you didn't fill out an application, that means they don't have your SSN#.

You could either (A)keep the money, or (B)tell your bank you don't know how that money got there.

I had the worst experience of my life with this company. If I ever find out any legal way to prosecute them--I will. They lied to me, threatened me --called all my friends and said they couldn't reach me the day after I spoke to them and they got a small fortune from me also.

If you read all the posts I have listed a few addresses. There really isn't a way to prosecute them, because all of us did actually take out a loan, and typed in the SSN# online for that loan agreement, that I'm sure most of use skimmed through to get the money. They got me hard the first time because they took the money back at 6am. That's 2 hours before payroll deposits the money. So the second time I had them take their money back on a Monday. Well...something happend the 3rd time (nothing the 2nd) and I was unable to pay it back. Now the rules are suppose to be, that when you goof up...they'll only accept payment via Western Union. So here comes two weeks later and I told them that I can pay 1/2 now, and the remaining 1/2 next week. They hit my account (the usual 2 times) that Monday taking all my money. It was my fault ever defaulting on the loan. But they WILL hit your account every payday to try and get their money back....unless you change your account number.

Save your confimation page. make the fax only one page...no cover sheet. that way when the cofimration page prints out, it'll show the revoking letter as well. and do this at kinko's. not at work!

oh...and the call center is located in Winnepeg, Manitoba.

not sure where, but i'm sure after doing some searches on call centers someone would be able to find it.

Has anyone have a mailing address for this company. I want send a letter from my attoney for bankruptcy and they are not willing to give one out. I wish I never loan with this company.

They have so many different addresses. When I sent them an email, I was told that I could only speak with their collection department over the phone. I was told that I could not send anything to the collection department in writing. If you find one let me know. Thanks!!!

there's the Dublin Ireland address somewhere on page one, or maybe page two. but the two addresses that i have found that work with sending it certified are the addressed like...up 2-3 comments (on page 6 of this forum of course)

Thanks Mikey. I wil try this to see if it works. They dont even have my corporate address for my job!! They just have my physical location and the receptionist signs for everything and lets us know if there is anything for us. I am not trying to avoid paying it, but I want them to at least work with me.
