 My husband got a call at work from a man that claimed that he worked for a law office and was calling and saying that if he didnt pay 755.00 in 2 hours that they were going to arrest him at work and he was going to lose him job, kids, wife, and everything else that he had worked so hard for. When he told him that he worked for a company called Ellis and Crosby and that was all he told him and nothing else. When I called him he was rude and told me to be quite and that he was going to jail for fraud and internt charges. I admit that we have done payday loans, but have been in good standing with them but one. What can we do about their harrssment, mental stress, and lying?

Also, feel assured that they can't take any action against you. They are just causing endless harassment who just knows how to bark but can't bite.
This site will help you immensely and provide you stronger ways to deal with them. Don't get intimidated
