i have just been contacted by superior asset mgmt and they used the number that the person said didn't work in the first post. i called it back to discuss my acct. they called me at work to discuss it originally. they also said they have been trying to contact for quit some time, and this was the first time i had heard of them. the man i talked to today was very rude and didn't really want to tell me about how the company worked at all. he said my balance was so far past due with t-mobile that they are going to have to involuntarily collect on that amount. i called today to ask the man ecsactly what that meant. how would the company involuntarily collect on the amount. the man wouldn't tell me, and just got his feathers kind of ruffled with me even after reasureing him that i wasing hostile, nor was i going to get irassional. i had just called because i had some questions about the company, alot of questions they wouldn't awnser for me. i just wish they would tell me more.

I highly recommend anyone trying to reach them do so by writing. Their customer service rep. are extremely rude and push you to pay them immediately on the phone. The truth is he cannot even provide me the details of debt. Besides, what kind of companies only accepts payment over the phone?
I'm not sure how this company operates, but do try your best to reach someone else before contacting them. AVOID! |

Dispute it with the credit bureau.
And *of course* they want proof you paid, anyone can just say they paid. |

HI all,
superior asset management has a debt for me under T-mobile. This debt was from 2007 and they have posted as a kd on my credit report in may 2009 (i assume when they bought the debt). Is this considered as reaging a debt? If so what should i do about it? |
