I have had many issues with this company also. I finally did get ahold of there manager whos name is Tom Smith. The phone number at which I reached him was 800-895-3116. It will put you on hold for a little bit but if you are patient they will eventually answer. It's the best I got. Hope it helps.

All the numbers That I've called havent worked.. BBB rated them F and the number they had listed directed me to AT&T, I've had Sprint for the last 3 years and never had AT&T lol They reported I owe $385 bt I have no account number and no info past that. These people have been calling since day 1 of us having our house phone. If I had any debt they'd be calling my cell since I've had a cell for years and just recently got a house phone. BTW, we're on the do not call list. When my husband answered they asked him to call some number, when he did they asked for some lady that's not us and he told them if they call back he'll be filing harassment charges. Which I guess we need to do since they still call daily. We have no claims owed, I check our credit reports monthly, especially because we pay to be able to check it monthly. The only debt we have is a couple student loans and a car loan, which are all being paid on time and up to date and we have never missed.

BTW, neither of us have ever had T-mobile, I've always had cingular (AT&T) since 2004. Before that I never had a cell phone. This is a scam.

I got so sick of it I finally just put them on call blocking that my phone company provides to us.
