Bernarr,

Seems you have mistaken in identifying this company. This is Debtconsolidationcare. Forward your request to the company that is calling you. Perhaps your number has wrongly entered into their database.

I filed a chapter 7 Jan. 05 Tmobile was one of the accounts that I included, It was discharged in March 05. Recently I tried to re-establish service (since I have been paying my mom's bill and using her service as my own) with TMobile and I was quickly denied because my record shows that the account is in collections. Can this be removed or would I just have to pay them? I did have a similar situation with a check that bounced, and a fraud agency was trying to get me on charges because they were not aware that it was included in a bankruptcy. They just asked me to forward a copy of my discharge and they were good on the matter, could this be the case with such an account such as TMobile and SAM? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Brenda, if the account is in collections, it means that TMoblie has either hired them or they have sold the account to them. If they have hired the CA, you can still pay the creditors and won't have to pay anything to the CA. But if the account has been sold off, you will pay only to the CA. To know the actual status of your account, call TMobile and inquire the latest standing.

You can also pull a latest copy of your credit report and know the latest status. If the account is shown with zero balance, you will have to deal with the CA only.

I recieved a message on my answering machine from SAM today about a company that I wasn't invovled with but a former business associate was. The caller ID showed 800-895-2989 but the call back number left on the voice recorder was 800-895-2989. I hope this will help someone. I'll be interested in seeing what they want.

I received a letter from them stating that we owed over $300 and needed to pay them right then!

We called the number they got very aggressive. We are taking this to the law & reporting them to the bbb. They are a fraud. I have looked at very many different reports, all of them were very rude people.

This is the information i have
Superior asset management, inc
Po box 1928
Ft. Walton beach, fl 32549-1928

What is with this company and why are they still doing "business" ???

Want a real shocker? Do a 2 year FOIA request with the FTC and you will see they have over 700 complaints filed. Many of their tactics are absolutly deplorable. Whats been mentioned here doesn't even begin to scratch the surface of the FTC complaints.

This company has been calling my neighbors regarding a T-Mobile bill that does not exist. Has anyone been receiving harrassing calls from this company. I called them today and they would not give me their address. Please email me at .. with any responses or similar stories. I did call the Attorney General today as well. Thanks.

Write a letter to SAM giving it the most legal importance. They must stop calling if their is no valid purpose. Tell them to remove your name from their system or else you will contact your attorney.

That wont stop them. they only way they stop calling you is when they turn you over to an attorney, who also cant validate, but thankfully, doesn't pursue much.
