I contacted you about debt consolidation of payday loans. I was referred to a company called BHR which is listed on a website called "stopfraudanddeceit.com". Has anyone had dealing with them?

I have loans and credit card in collection and want to know if there is a way to obtain a loan pay all of tyhem and have one payment.

I am working with them and have had no problems. That site seems to be pretty limited and if you read the description they say that the Red Light list are companies that "fit the description" of companies that have defrauded comsumers in the past. Im not sure this website can really say that if they have no proof.
BHR works on contingency only and so far I have had excellent service and results.

No problem, make sure you do this.
Dont accept any settlment with any pay day loan company or creditor where you do not get a written agreement that they will not respond to any inquiry that you submit disputing their credit entry on your report.
Basically, that allows the entry to come off your report once you dispute it and they dont respond.
I think BHR is fine to deal. The good thing about them is they dont ask for any money upfront.
