Can I add my car loan to my credit cards and have 1 fixed monthly payment for everything?

That kind of sounds like refinancing, which is certainly possible. If the car loan is through your bank, and the credit cards as well, then you can certainly refinance and pay one monthly payment.
Ultimately, it's up to your bank or whomever gave you the car loan.
That's definitely a good help for those in debt!

you cant put a car loan in debt consolidation. It is a secured loan.
