Dan,
Involve your bank on this thing and get a written note from them about this fraudulent activity done. If you have this statement from the bank, you will be charged up to file a class action lawsuit. Closing the account will only be a better deal at present. These people are crooks and you just can't trust them. Regards Roxette __________________

In that case, lodge your complaint at the nearest police station and send the affidavit to the FTC, BBB and the attorney general office in your area. It's necessary to file a complaint so that the bureaus will be forced to take necessary actions. Hope there is justice for all. Regards Roxette __________________

Thank you Roxette, for all of your responces to my questions. What can the local P.D. do for me.? My bank is out of state. I have direct deposit of my SSI check on the 1st of every month. My bank name is, "Union Federal Bank" all of my banking business is done online. Because this company made a deposit into my account, my bank is telling me that I know who the comp. is so they won't stop anything from this comp. and they know this comp. is a payday loan comp. and my bank said to me, well you accepted the deposit from this comp. as well as the first debit with no questions so my bank is trying to make it look like I'm trying to get out of repaying the loan. I was FURIOUS with that responce from my bank. Dan |

Dan, I am shocked with the response given by your bank. Though you might be doing online banking, but you are sure to have a branch location of this account. Check the Union Federal Bank website in the internet and see the branches from where your account originates.
Hire an attorney in this matter so that you can save some unauthorized debits in the future. It's your right to put a stop payment on your account and you will pay the NSF fees for it. So, the bank should not make it look so difficult to you. Also, lodge your complaints against them at the federal bureaus. The bank is showing the negligence for which you don't have to suffer. SJM Marketing??
They have been ripping me off for about 7 months. I can't find them eith. I may have gotten closer. Try oneclickcash.com. pretend you are a new customer and they will call you. That is what I am trying to do - we'll see if it works. I have a fax for them. It is 800-803-9136. This is the company I initially took out my advance for. It shows up on my Bank Statement as SJM Marketing- they must be one in the same. I am really at a loss of what to do.

Sjm is also platinum b and e-payday. go towww. e-payday.us for contact info. The only affiliation they have with Ellis is that they used to use them for collections but if you go through the platinum b threads in this forum you'll see that that is no longer.

That website doesn't work. - I still can't get anywhere with this. I'm on $450 taken out so far on an original 300 loan. they keep taking 90 every month. I put a dispute in on my bank - not sure if that will go anywhere yet though. The trouble is, you have to wait a full month to see if anything ever works - so far nothing has
