Getting payday loans is the easiest thing in the world to do. I do not recommend it, from my personal experience. I got one, then another, then another, then, before I knew it, I was up to 6 at a time. I'm down to 3 now. It's hard work to take care of these things and these companies do not abide by your state's laws. That is something they do not tell you. You will fall into a cycle and not be able to stop if you start getting them.

I have never heard of "easy loans". Do they go by any other names that you know of?

if i recall they are in delaware and now called me today saying i hadt to pay off $600 and sum dollars A.S.A.P but i didnt have it and then she proceeded to tell me i was going to be charged with internet fraud etc., and if i was on parole or probation , which im not and i asked if i could make arrangments and she said nope and they would be sending out here to AZ and good luck with it all. But whe i got the collection notice i called and emailed that following tuesday and *easy loans* said it was sent to a outside collection agency and to call them , well the collection agencys number looks alot like the proceesing & investigation number, that is the people who called me and threaten me with jail etc., can they do this? i never even got a call from the collection place.

collection agencies must not threaten people with jail. It is against the federal and state laws. The CAs are often using this scare tactic to get money from people. File your complaints with the local authorities.
Ask the loan company to give you the loan statement for reviewing. You need to know whether the charges are put correctly in it as per the laws of your state.

well she said she could do nothing else and good luck with it all, i don't have a address for them but i do for easy loans, should i send it there and i've read to try and send payments and if it does go to court , that i would have proof at least i tried to make a effort.

Do it. Contact the loan company and if they accept payments from you, you won't have to deal with any CA in between. The payments will go directly to the OC. Be sure that you have every single line of the proposal and payment arrangements documented.

who do i request it from the loan company? im not sure who to talk to cause *CA* - OR legal people, said thats it and i will be getting the paperwork sent to my maricopa county attorney. and when i emailed her last time she said , sorry its been sent to collections.

Do you have an address or website for them? I've never heard of them but what she is telling you is LIES. If they are an online lender not licensed in your state they won't do what they said. What state are you in?

im in arizona, and the money cam from florida, so she said since i closed my account out that its considered internet fraudd and named something else and when i asked her the company name of which she works for she said they were called Processing Invetigation, which i couldn't find anything on them.
