First, I would like to recommend avoiding payday loans! I can't find any reputable info on FSM, and most likely, they're scamming cads like the rest of the payday loans out there. If your friends goes through with the loan smoothly, without fraudulant activity, without harassment, without over-the-top fees, then you can consider applying for one.
Just be careful!

You should do a proper research before taking a proper payday loan. You should only think of taking a payday loan if you believe that you can manage to pay it within the payday.
If you fail to pay it within the due date, the rate of interest will be unaffordable and it will keep soaring higher. Your hard earned money will only be going towards the payments of the fees and other additional charges.

I got a loan through FSM - had some financial setbacks and they are the ones that have turned me over to Ellis Crosby. I received a call today which was threatening to me form Ellis Crosby. I would be very careful if I was you.

this is in regards to his wonderful way of harrassing and intimidating if i was anyone looking at this company for a loan.personallly i think he was the most unprofessional person i have ever met and the yelling and screaming made me think i was dealing with a child. if this gets to someone who cares in this company i think you should send him to a class on how to be a PROFESSIONAL.
Thank you

Okay check this out. I got a phone call from United Cash Loans offering a settlement. I called T&C and Jessica said that I don't have to accept the settlement, that I can keep paying through them. United Cash Loans has accepted the proposal and payment amount.

I've settled with two of my creditors but everything has also gone through writing or the consumer protection office.

If he would have offered half which would have been $195.00 then it would have been worth settling. Maybe I'm looking at this wrong, but I feel if a creditor wants to settle shouldn't they offer more than twenty dollars?

I would think so brat. One of mine offered me in half in two monthly payments. I am able send them money orders to avoid the fees of western union. They are mailing me a letter before I pay anything though stating they won't try to collect anything further in the future, etc. One I only paid $100 toward I owed them several hundred more. This is one that went through the AG's office because of harassment charges.
