I currently have 11 outstanding payday loans. I have not defaulted on payments yet but I was thinking about calling them trying to make payment arrangements with them because they are taking a big chunk of my check and I may not be able to cover my other bills. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can deal with them myself? I want to pay them off but if they are not willing to work with me i'm gone to try a debt consolidation program.

I am in the same situation as Danni, and I cannot find anyone that will help me work with the pd loan companies. I tried United Christian Financial, and ACCC, they will not help. I have been reading all over these posts that you can get help by signing up with debtconsolidationcare, but I have not seen it. Does anyone know who can help? Thank you.

I have been in touch with BHR & Associates about my payday loans. I was told since my payday loan payments are not delinquent there is nothing that can be done to help me. I would suggest to others to give them a call if you are delinquent with any bills. They are really great people and I told them I will be giving them a call soon as my accounts become delinquent.

Yes they do help with past due payday loans. They don't have leverage if they are not past due.

well im told that i cant be helped w/ my 11 payday loans...they are all in default and in collections but within the company..they said they cant help me if they have not sent them to outside collections. so im just basically stuck

Did you check with your creditors if your debt is within the inside collection dept. of the creditors? Or is it sold out to outside collection agency?

as it stands it is within the company. i havent received any letters from collection agencies, just from the company collection demanding payment. with this the charge continues to get higher. everytime i call them, its like a never ending cycle, i coninue to get threatened about having my check garnished. i thing its ridiculous u cant get help with these types of loans when you try to pay them but u fall behind.

I should've posted that they need to be in collections before BHR can help. I'm headed to the bank after work to see what I need to do. Then i'm going to call the payday loans companies to see if they will work with me as far as making payment arrangements. If not I will just have to wait til they send them to collections.
