The administrators/moderators enforce the guideines of this website.
How can you come to a support forum with the intention of badmouthing people and causing trouble and not expect to be censored?
You are ALLOWED to disagree. You are ALLOWED to have your own opinions and opposing views. You are ALLOWED to defend yourself.
You are NOT ALLOWED to intentionally stir up members. You are NOT ALLOWED to make posts that have no relevance to the subject other than to badmouth people.
You may have been taken a bit more serious if you would have taken the time to register an account. For someone that is so concerned with "free speech" and is "so concerned" about our members, then why not create an account and join in our conversations with some constructive criticism or respectful feedback? I would encourage you to do so.

Thanks Mikey and thanks Cryptowizard for enlightening AMAX. An opposing opinion does not have to be abusive or rude.
To be honest, why even post here AMAX? The opposing side is Ellis Crosby and their abusive and illegal collection tactics. If you have something to say in their behalf, then let's here it. I am curious why they harass, lie and intimidate consumers when they know it is against the law. I am curious why they extort more money than what is legally owed when they know that is against the law.

I'd like to say to Ellis & Crosby: Thanks for the laughs, the hilarious threats and the calls from your "Investigators." Next time, make sure you aren't calling a LEGITIMATE investigator before calling yourself such. I hope you enjoy working at Burger King.
Btw, why so ANGRY? You've taken several innocent peoples' money for no reason. You should be happy, right? You'll never get ANY of my money, that's for sure.

Great job Cryptowizard!! One good thing about EC finding this site is they can read for themselves first hand the damage they have caused. I bet they wont be making abusive and rude remarks as they have here to the judge in Florida.

Correct on the fax thing, I receieved 2 more messages and another call at work today. I have faxed 2 letters, but I do not know their address for a certified letter.....And when they call me at work he does not let me get off the phone, I have to hang up on him. I cannot take personal calls at work!
