I am using T&C as my debt management team. I looked them up on the BBB and they are in good standing. Have you ever heard of anyone having complaints against them?

Neither did I find any complaints against this company at the FTC. You can get some more information about T&C from your local government agencies and your Office of Fair Trading or your local Trading Standards Office.

Hi Patricia

Welcome to the forums.

We do not offer any credit to the consumers. We offer counseling on how to erase your past debts and some budgeting programs to make the whole process easier.

Being interested, you can enroll for a consolidation program in this website so that all your debts will combine into one payment at a lower rate of interest.

Do you have any past debts that need professional help? You can consider this program if you are unable to make the high payments on your own. The benefits offered in this program are very much helpful to the consumers. You might be interested in reading them listed in this page:

If my payments to creditors are not past due can I still enroll in your debt consolidation program?

Hi Tanisha

You can enroll in a debt consolidation program even if you are current with your bills. Once you have consolidated the bills, the consultant will negotiate with your creditors for reducing the rates of interest charged in your debt.

This program offers easy monthly payments so that you can pay off the debt with ease. If possible, try to make larger payments. This will help you in completing the program faster.

Take a free counseling in this website after registering yourself in the sign up page. The consultant will call you for a free discussion. He will analyze your financial situation and offer you suitable repayment plans. Hope you will be able to achieve a debt free life faster.

That is good that you are not behind on your payments! debt consolidation will help you stay current and will get high interest rates down. I recommend you speak to a debt counselor. Good Luck!

I am going through T&C as the debt management team..as far as i know they are in good standing by the bbb. No complaints from anyone. There was a lawsuit along time ago, but that was eventually settled.
