I am seeing a $30.00 debit from my account every few days and I don't even know who this company is or what company they are collecting for. Anyone know how to contact them?

Have you ever signed any contract with them or did you have any deal in past? If yes, check the agreement papers to verify whether you had allowed them to withdraw cash from your checking account.

Otherwise, contact your bank to find out some solution.

I have a credit card pruchase of $125.00 removed from my account, and I don't know how they even got the info for the account they removed money from! I called Rio Resources, and I ws given the number (866) 859-6129, and was told that they could help me...of course now all I get is an answering system!!! I hope someone else is more successful than I am with finding out who this company is!

I did get an advance from this company and it was paid in full in September 2005 where they would take deductions from my acct every weeks. Then on 10/7 they deducted again $155.00 costing me an additional $32.00 totaling $187.00 and I want my money refunded into my account. This company is very fraudulent and they have no means of contacting them and this is not business like. I advise anyone desiring to use this company to just make due and LEAVE THEM ALONE BECAUSE THEY ARE A GIMMICK AND I HOPE THEY ARE CLOSED DOWN AND HAVE TO REIMBURSE EVERYONE FOR ALL THE MONEY THEY HAVE TAKEN ILLEGALLY.......
