Contact Darren of Cash Today limited at darrenw(at)cash2day4u.com

Request for an itemized statement or call them at 800-680-2177 to know your loan status. After you have reviewed the total amount paid so far, then only make further payment arrangements. Do you have their contract in paper? It will be good to give a thorough view once again.

They are they worst people. They just give you the feeling that they are scamming you and I really think they are. I asked them to email me the info about my account and Monika told me that they couldn't do that. Then they gave me and address in Nevada. I filed a complaint with the FTC. Rooney called me at work and I told him I would call him back with in an hour, then Jeffery called me 3 minutes later and I went off on him. And then he kept calling different people at my work. It was nuts. Then they told me I had to pay with a money order and fax it with my social on there, because I told them my account was closed. And Monika, who claims she is the supervisor there with no one above her, said they don't take credit card payments. This company is nuts.

Actually, it is in a way rather encouraging that they are willing to accept a money order instead. This is acutally more secure for you that giving them a credit card. When I was taking care of my ICS issue this is how I sent the payments. it worked fairly well. they ask for the fax to show that you have obtained the MO, since they don't get it for about 2 weeks. ( The US address you send it to is a mail drop that forwards to their UK address. Tell them you will pay only the principal balance (if you know it)unless they provide you with written proof of the additional fees owning. You may have to negotiate a bit. I ended up paying the fee twice ($178 instead of $89), but that was all and did it in $75 installments.

i took a loan with them and paid back $279 dollars which is what i'm supposed to pay. i called them in time and paid back. i had no problems. when they read the terms and conditions, i took a pen and wrote the key points. in fairness to payday loan companies, they read the conditions of the loan to u, but u need to take the time out to listen and ask them to repeat or explain if u don't understand. my friend spoke to a lady called anne who gave her some discount and was really nice to her. i advice people in this forum to call in and pay up for the sake of peace of mind and ask for anne who is probably the only angel there. if the case gets to court, chances her that they will win as they read u a contract which is recorded, (oral contract) and thats as binding as a written contract.

Jessica, you are perhaps right with the point that you have made out. But I still differ when the company is not giving anything in writing when a contract has already been made with them. It is necessary for Cash Today to send the contract in writing even if they read the terms and conditions over the phone. Did you get something in writing from them?

Jessica, your bank must have dealt with similar complaints against this company. Take their help and get it verified with the company. Once the items have been disputed with them, Cash Today is forced to verify it with proper narrations. If they fail to send the verification, you can take help of your lawyer in dealing with the company.

Also, put your complaints at the FTC, BBB and the local AG's office. I am sure that they have also received number complaints against Cash Today. Request them to take their actions fast.

I borrowed $200. from them last year along with a few other companies. When it came time to pay off my balances, the other companies were deducted my money but cash today never stopped now into $5,000 from a $200 loan. What the $#@*? I had no original paperwork to contact them with like the other companies and I could not get my bank to stop these automatic payments of $79. every other week. I had to call banks to get numbers in order to contact Cash Today. Then this foreign lady named Jeny told me I only owe $279. because I had stopped the payments of $79. from coming out of my account only to realize that they started taking out $158. to double up on the payment that I tried to stop. I originally tried to stop that $79. payment so the company would contact me like any other bill collector would do. But they didnt, they just doubled the payment and the bank let them do it because I stopped the payment of $79. and not a different amount. I could not stop Cash Today from making a withdrawal but as long as they entered an amount they could take it from me. The bank suggested that I close my account and open another one, but then I would have to contact every company that I deal with to change my information. This company has been a %#@**() headache. Not only that once they took the $279. that Jeny told me was ALL that I owed now; they took two more payments of $39. each to total $78. and all she could say was it was a mistake. I cannot go on there website that she keeps giving me because it does not exist. This is a bunch of mess.

You can record your interview with the site admin so that people can know your situation. Consult a lawyer, I think you have paid enough already.

Yeah, I had the same experiences as everyone else. I told my boss simply to tell him when they call that he needs a court order on paper to enforce any type of payments options. Also if tey do sue you there is a simple way out of it. When you give your answer to the court simply put in a motion to dismisss the case, ask for a discovery period, and request a copy of the original prommisary note. All banks can not provide this, and they will lose the case.

Hell..they called me at 11:30 last night saying it was urgent.
I spoke with them and told them what time it was here, but they didn't care.
I owe them $279, and told them I would pay it off next week, but then it will be $350
I can't wait to get rid of them

I originally accepted a loan from cash2day with the understanding that if I paid it back at the end of the month plus the service fee that would be the end of it. However they never informed me that they would automatically deduct the $79 service fee every two weeks for a two hundred dollar loan. So once they did that it made it more difficult to pay back the two hundred dollar loan and since then they have recieved nearly 500 until I stopped payment on the ACH. They call anywhere from 8 to 15 times per day and even call after 9pm which I thought was against the law. They call me names and threaten me, and if I hang up on them they call like 10 times in a row. How do I stop the harrasment? I am in NY and I don't know where to turn...I thought a quick payday loan would get me through a tough time but it has turned out to be a nightmare that won't end.

Miel..
I'm sooo sorry. These people are the worst I've seen yet. You're best bet is to try to work out a payment plan with them, better yet pay it off!!
You may want to freeze or close your account..I highly suggest one or the other. They will continue to attempt to hit it.
As for the law...well, they are not going by the United States law..they are located out of this country and we're still speculating on where their located.
Please, close your account and possibly change your phone number, try to make payment arrangments or pay them in full.
They are the worst of the worst and I'm sorry this has happened to you. But a lot of us got involved with these theives and this is what we have had to resort to...
Let us know how it goes...
