What would happen if I want to sell my home down the line?

i am thinking about doing debt consolidation but was wondering about my home loan i have a co signer so if i do debt consolidation will that take his name off of the loan and then what would happen if i want to sell my home down the line?

Hello,
Sorry to say, but debt consolidation does not work with secured loans like home loans, auto loans, mortgage etc.We deal with only unsecured loans like personal loans.
