Better known as I.C.S well I contacted them and finally got through to a representative.They said they contacted me to let me know that the loan was not approved because I didn't make 40 hours per week oh well.They canceled the loan out and I told them not to phone me anymore and that how it was wrong that they told me on the recorded line that it did not matter if I made part time hours and they got got very rude with me so I just hung up the phone!

And with that customer service i'm glad I didn't deal with them!

Well, it's nice that you didn't have any financial transaction with them. It would have cost you more.

Do you happen to remember the phone number of ICS? I have unfortunately been accepted by them and am finally ready to pay off my loan, but they no longer send me the emails asking me for confirmation of paying the minimum. I need to contact them immediately. Any help available would be much appreciated.

Yes the number for international Cash Services is:
1-800-865-3703 and the fax number there is 1-800-865-3704 and I don't have an address for them but if you call them I am sure they will be more than happy to give you the address!And if you have any more questions about this company don't hesitate to ask.Keep me posted on what happens Loy Okay

Thanks for the number. I called them and told them that I'd be paying the minimum and they set that up. I was afraid that I'd never find their number again and they'd keep taking $89 from my account for the rest of my life! Thanks so much for your help.

Hi Loy,

It is nice that you had a good experience with your creditor and that; they have accepted your payment plan. In general, creditors are willing to co-operate with the consumers if you are willing to work with them.

Loy I am glad that you got everything straightned out with them!That's what we are here for is to help and I am glad that I could help you with that information,I am kinda glad I didn't throw that number out cause I really wasn't putting it to use much but now that I know I had it for a reason.And keep in topuch and keep coming back to the forums we love to have you!Any way that this site can help in concerns or questions that is what we are here for so like I said don't hesitate to ask any of us we enjoy your input!

They did that to me too. The bad part is they keep calling at work and my supervisor always answers the call. They left a number and when you call them no one is there.

It's ridiculous! I don't think that they will ever stop calling you, even if you request them.

Ask the telephone operator of your office not to forward any calls of this particular company. That way you can avoid them.

They are always calling on my cell phone but I think that they got the picture now!Because now I don't answer any numbers that I do not know!That should keep them off my back and if it is important they will leave me a message and if it is that important they know how to mail things to me!

I keep trying to call 800-865-3898 and they identify themselves as "International Cash Services", I've left messages at about 6 different extensions but I cannot get to a live person. I wanted to cancel my $200 payroll loan once I realized the fee would be $124 when you count the one time membership fee. I have dealt with other companies that are much cheaper. Payday OK for example is $10 for every $100 borrowed. How do I get to a live person or get a return phone call? I have not received the funds yet.

I found an earlier post on this thread that had a different phone number then the one I had been calling over and over again. I did reach a live person and I did get my loan cancelled before it was issued. A Payroll Loan is such a bad way to do business because it is so expensive but with my bad credit, I do not have a lot of other options.

It's tough to get a loan with bad credit and that is because these payroll loan companies are doing business. They apparently seem to be a good solution. But there are quite a few examples in this forum that show how people suffer from these loans afterwards.

If you have a bad credit, try to improve it methodically. Prepare your own budget to solve your problems. Once you achieve a good credit score, you can see lots of funds available.
