What is the Statute of Limitations in California???

Nice to hear from you. You asked about the stature of limitation in California. Usually it should be a written contract and you can claim for it within 4 years. But if it is done orally, then it is for 2 years. I will suggest you to go for a written contract.

4 years will be the number of years to go by for California State, also understand California does not allow for continued collection activity as other state do once SOL has expired.
