It is my understanding that the consolidations are only for unsecured debt.

Welcome to the forums. All the unsecured debts like the credit card debt, old utility bills, and bills in collection are included in the consolidation program with this company.
The secured debts which have a property attached to it are not included in the consolidation program

Yes when I tried to get my bills consolidated ,they told me the same thing and so I am in debt but not with credit card debt or anything like that but I am in debt with current bills how do I get those consolidated or I am not able too?And is there a good company I can go through to get these payday loans consolidated

You can try opening a savings account with a credit union then applying for a consolidation loan. If approved, they may take on your payday loans. They're a bit touchy, though.
