I contacted T&C today. Thanks for the info. They faxed me the paperwork at work this afternoon. I will western union my payment tonight. This is a big relief off my mind and a great Christmas present. I wish I found this forum soon. It's something I've been struggling with for a long time. It's something that's not easy to talk about either. I'm glad there is somewhere I can come now to find support.

I was told by T&C that they pay the debt in full & your credit shows the bills are paid off. does anyone know from experience?

The consolidation company will pay to your creditors from the monthly payments sent by you. After the accounts are paid in full, the lenders will update them with the bureaus showing as 'paid'. Your ratings will improve and you will have easier times in getting new credit in the future.
