Sale Manager (Sandeep Chauchan) is behaving like he is god and treating he is the owner of the company and give serious mental tensions to all the sales operator like putting heavy fine to sale operator without any genuine reason and giving a special place to girls and ladies , being a human beings we should have a self respect. thanks

Welcome to the forums.
You should talk about this matter to your seniors so that it is justified properly.
You have to work in your company and not discussing this matter in front of them will further add on your tensions. After all, you can work in an environment which is healthier for you.
