Well my friend it appears that the cc info that is being provided to Lipozene is being sold as leads or is being stolen from files and sold by an unethical employee.

I too purchased Lipozene and am now having problems with calls and misc. purchases showing up on my credit card that I used as payment for Lipozene.

I would suggest everyone contact Lipozene and then cancel their cards. Mad

Caller hung up - just weird.

maybe someone's getting paid to verify valid cell phone #s for telemarketing purposes?

Yes I got a phone call from the 310 number on Jan 8,2007 I did not answer they did not leave a vm so I called them up and got a vm stateing it was a publisher and wanted to sell me books or something.

Easiest way to put a stop to this is to sign up for the national do not call registry: donotcall.gov

I get a call from this number everyday around the same time on my cell I am also on the DNC list would love to know because they do not talk if you do answer would love to call the company and speak to a real person

This is a gay stupid tellemarking scam. They dont answer when you pick up the phone. Do no trust these numbers. They have been driving me crazy. Do me a favor and when they call you, tell them to go screw themselves.

when i answered they said "this is a call from DRC of southern california, please hold for the next available operator" it then switched over and it sounds like i got picked up then hung up on. i do have a disabled child in the house so im not sure why they called since i have never dealt with them before. i looked it up online and it seems realitively legit but i dont know for sure.
