Do you have the full name of Paragon because there are many companies listed with this name in the BBB website? You can search for the company at the BBB search

AIP and Sonic are not affiliated with each other. I don't know it surely but I have never heard them to be the same company. I will check it out again and see if I can find anything new.

I don't know if this will help anyone, but when searching the BBB for Paragon I found this information when I went into one of the Paragon Financial companies to see if they were the ones who do PayDay loans. They had a disclaimer that they were not the company that offers payday loans - "This firm, Paragon Financial Group, located at Walt Whitman Road, South Huntington, NY is a mortgage broker not associated with the web site at paragon-financial.com or the phone numbers 800-514-5044 and 888-501-9797, which offers advance fee loans.

I took out a payday and they said they would hit my accoutn on my pay dates but they have hit more than just my paydate which has sent my account in the negative and no one from there company will return my calls. Welcome to the forums! Sorry to hear of your recent financial trouble. If the payday loan company attempted to take their money back on a day not scheduled in your loan agreement, I would suggest talking with a manager at your financial institution. Explain the situation to them. That money went somewhere if your whole paycheck is gone. Perhaps your loan is fully paid off. However, I would also recommend placing calls to the loan company and ask to speak to a manager there. State your dispute and why you think they are in the wrong.

I am also sorry to hear about this situation. The payday loan company is breaking the agreement contract and illegally making the unauthorized debits in your account. You should put your complaint against this company at the local attorney general's office. They will take necessary actions against this company. You should also put your complaints at the FTC and the BBB website against them.

Talk to your bank and investigate each of the debits made by this company in your account. The company has to give a valid explanation of each of the debits made. If they fail to verify them, money should be credited back to your account.
