We received a statement from our bank with a $9.95 charge from this USA Benfeits. I had no idea who these people are so I did some research and found this web-site. Our bank had no contact information only a number which is always busy! I was able to get their contact information from this web-site. They told us we had visited a web-site and in doing this agreed to this membership? How are they able to get away with this. We had called and spoke with the Supervisor whom refused a refund until my husband told them we know of this web-site, and what they are doing. At this point the supervisor agreed to the refund. That was several weeks ago. No Refund and yet another charge from them. I have notified my bank and I have to go down there and fill out an unauthorized transaction form? Which is not convenient at all! These people are crooks, Who should I report them to?

Can you get in touch with USA Benefits and update them of the latest charge. This time if they assure you of the refund, get it in writing so that you can produce it to the DA's office, or the FTC, BBB for legal actions.

They told me that I couldn't get a refund of the 34.00 that my bank charged me when these people tried to debit my accound it is there fault and that I got charged cause I naver authorized them to take any money out of my account how can these people get away with this?

I just found a charge for 9.95 in our account today also. Luckly our bank put a stop pay on it and is putting it in dispute and will refund in 3-5 days. I have no idea who they are and if I have to change my checking account I'm going to be really mad!!!

I too received a charge of $9.95 and instantly called to check as too why my account was charged. The company told me that is was a credit check company which gave me assess to my credit report. The first 30 days free. They said they have sent thing through the mail to verify my acceptance to their program. But I still have not signed anything....So please keep me posted on how this plays out.

Please contact your bank immediately and ask them to stop any unauthorized withdrawals in future. This can be done by simply filling out a form. Past instances show that USA Benefits withdraws money from the same account for several times.

Request your bank to put a stop payment on it. If it can be disputed by your bank, you might get a refund in the next 3 to 5 days.

Has anybody gotten any results?? I have been charged twice already!! I didn't notice till yesterday when I realized my account was in overdraft for something I didn't authorize.... Needless to say I am disputing this charges, and have already placed a stop payment. Does anybody have any new info about this company???????

They bought your info from a payday loan service, or some other company over the internet.
Their info and terms can be found on the USA Gold Card website under the free credit report section. They have to refund you within 30 days.
You are paying for a free credit report!
I have reported them to the BBB, you should too.
Also, check out the Bad Business website, there are lots of complaints about them on there, too.
