KYSIDE38 Looks like you feel right into the trap. Did you verify that you actually owed them money. They are calling hoping that you will just send them a check for whatever they clain you owe. Listen to what all the others are saying.

Wake up and smell the coffee.

We never set up an actual amount that we would pay each month so one month when we didn't pay as much as we usually pay they sent us a letter written in all caps that they never agreed to that amount and that we rufused to pay and that they were going to take legal action.

I called them after calling 4 different companies to find out how much I owed on my foreclosed home after my divorce. They were very surprised I was contacting them before they had even started calling me (now the calls will probably start)...I owe over $70,000 but they said they would settle for $5,000. Now after reading this forum, I don't even know about dealing with this company whatsoever. They sound like a bunch of scam artists. I should offer them $1,000 and see if they will settle.

The best way to inspire people to superior performance is to convince them by everything you do and by your everyday attitude that you are wholeheartedly supporting them.
