Welcome to the forum Roy, I would suggest sending written request that they not contact you or your family by phone, send it certified mail, return receipt requested. I would also suggest recording any phone calls (if legal in your state) and consulting with a consumer attorney to file a suit against them. Also file complaints with your state Attorney General's office and the FTC.

I've been getting calls, but I don't know why ... and they don't leave messages. I know it's them b/c I called the number back. The number I have is 818-450-5620
