I just spoke with someone who works for a company that does debt WIPEOUT by suing the credit card companies for violations of truth in lending or something like that. Has anyone heard of such a thing? I know that class actions are being formed for that too. Any info??

There are some companies both government as well as private that work on uncovering the truth with such companies.
Do you mind what type of program was offered by the representative who talked with you?
