Hi

Be very careful as SJM Marketing has some affiliates with Ellis Crosby and/or Platinum B. This company has been doing all the unauthorized debits from the bank accounts of the consumers.

Be very careful with Payday loans all together. They are great for short term period but when the money is due back there might be other things that are due at the same time... believe me i wish i had never got caught up in any payday loan companys...

Hi KrazyNichole

Welcome to the forums.

It's nice that most of us are realizing the facts and consequences of taking payday loans. These are bundled up with such high interest rates that it becomes almost impossible to catch the principal amount later.

Not to forget that some payday loan lenders are not willing to work during the hard situations of the people and take legal actions if required.

Also, while you visit a payday loan site, your personal information might also be leaked out causing financial injury. So, one needs to be very careful from the beginning while going to a payday loan site.

Regards
Roxette

I have 4 payday loans equaling about $1500 for all four. I have spoke to someone and they told me to close my account at my bank and call the payday loan company's and tell them that I am paying them so much a month. I was wondering what kind of trouble can I get into. I am a single mother of three and by getting all these payday loans has gotten me so far behind, i am affraid I will get kicked out of my house. If I can get out of these payday loans I will never look at one again. Thank you

Drw1964,

Being unable to pay through your checking account at the present situation, changing the account number will the perfect move.

After the accounts are closed, the lenders will contact you to recover the money from you. Before they do so, it is better to contact them in the first place and inform the situation. Also, insist on a payment plan so that you can pay in smaller amount towards these accounts. If they are assured of your interest in making the payment, they will forward you some payment arrangements for you.

Make sure that after they have offered the payment plan to you, don't default in those. Otherwise, you will not get these benefits anymore in the future and payment process might become even tougher.

Many payday loan companies work on the payment plans set by you. You need to approach them first and express your willingness to pay the debt.

Plaza Processing also operates under the name cash loan team and their phone number is 800-792-1445. This company sends their debt to Ellis Crosby that is undergoing bankruptcy and is now posing as Anthony Galloway and Associates. They were the same as Prelitigations of America at 904-356-0886 some time back.

If they are harassing you, file your complaints with the Florida Better Business Bureau. The bureau is encouraging those being harassed by this company to file a legal complaint. They are also undergoing legal actions from the attorney general office.

Following is the address to contact JD Marketing.
JD Marketing
7473 W Lake Mead Rd
Las Vegas, NV 89128

I am looking for some info on BJT Services. Hope someone will be able to help you in the meantime.

I have had a loan with SJM since April 05. They have took out 180.00 a month and still can't get it resolved. The bad part is I don't have our loan documents so I don't know who we originally got the loan from. All I know if that on my bank statements SJM is taking the money out. Can anyone help me in who I should call to pay this crap off and be down with it???? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Call SJM Marketing at 1-866-722-2770 and request them to explain the debits made on your bank account. Request them to send you a copy of your agreement contract that you signed with them. You need to get the details of your account first before you can take any specific actions towards it.

Those are just threats. Don't let it get to you. I found that after I faxed them a letter and cc'd my Attorney General requesting a refund and to mark my account "Paid In Full" I never heard from them again. You can find a copy of that letter on this site.
