Does debt consolidation program hurt credit score?

I have about 22k in credit card debt. I am able to make my payments, however it is difficult. I have a great credit score, but since the debt is so high, I don't seem like I am getting anywhere in reducing the debt. Your program sounds attractive, but my concern is my credit.....Does this hurt my credit rating, are the current credit accounts cancelled ? Please respond ?

Hi,

Welcome to the debt consolidation care forum. For your information with 22k credit, debt consolidation program is the ideal solution. Moreover debt consolidation does not hamper your credit rating. Your credit scores are not affected by any means. Your current credit accounts are also not cancelled. All the best.

mom owes about 35k and is making the payment put dont have much left over does her doing this hurt here crdit
