Hi I'm new to this, but I'm trying to become knowledgable about this.
I took out a payday loan for Nationwide Cash and had some issues that kept me from repaying the loan completely. They (a Ms. Karington and Ms. Kynard) called me at work saying that they were represented by Langhorne Law and that it would be considered Fraud if I did not pay them back. They also called my job and told me that they could have me arrested and that if I did not send money to them they would send a lawyer and the authorities to my job to either collect the cash or arrest me.
Now I'm young, but I'm not naivete; so I'm pretty sure that won't happen. My question is how much legal standing do they have? How can I get them to stop calling my job?
I have even called to work out a payment plan, have been completely level with these people and they won't leave me alone. I've tried to do research on that lawfirm (Langhorne Law) but found nothing but lawyers in that city. I also tried to get an address and they wouldn't give that to me either. When I tried to send them the transfer through Western Union, it didn't recognize the city code or the payee and would not go through. I tried to explain this to Ms. Karington and she suggested I put the money into a prepaid credit card and send it that way.
Has anyone else used them or know anything about them? Are they legit?
