i am having problems with this company after i told them that they were not receiving anymore money from me because they got well over the amount in loan payments. a guy name phillip berry who says he is from nationwidecash financial keeps calling my house and he even calls my job when he knows i am not there. i can just get off the phone with him and he will call my job knowing i am at home. he really went to far today when her faxed a letter to collect a debt and even put my address and the debt amount on the letter to my job and one of my co-workers retrieved the fax letter and gave it to me. my information was open for everyone to see. what can i do to put a stop to this. he violated my personal and private business matters. i work at a detention center for the sheriff's department so anyone and everyone could have read that letter. my job's fax machine is not for employee's personal use. i didn't even give him my job's fax number because i dont even know it.

Actually, Wells Fargo "payday" loans are much more easy on the pocket than any of these other ones. If you need $500 and have direct deposit, your fee back to them is only $50.00. Furthermore, they will not allow it go more than a 12 statement cycles.

I feel sad hearing your situation. I understand that the lending company is not doing legal collections with you. You should take some legal aid in this matter. Consult an attorney and get the matter resolved.

I think Im in trouble. I was looking at the possibility of a payday loan online. I filled out a couple aps of what I thought was just looking for possible lenders. This morning I found out that FSM Group put $250.00 in my bank account. I didn't sign anything or even know where it came from. Now I read all these horror stories. I don't have any names or numbers even to call these people. What do I do. I didn't want their money and don't know how to give it back.

Contact them immediatly and tell them you don't want the money. 1-866-516-9300. You have 24 hours to reject the funds after they have been placed in your account. They should have sent you an email or something, that's what I received from them stating I was approved. I would call them over and over until I get an actual person.

For anyone out there who is dealing with this company guess what I have uncovered. They are not a company...This is one individual who is in trouble with the law. As we speak the authorities are looking for him. Do whatever is necessary. Close your bank accounts, change phone numbers, whatever. If it does go to court no judge will find in favor of him he is illegal.Good Luck God Bless KYSIDE. P.S. This comes from a very good source

Thanks kyside, was the individual referred by you named Tedd Crosby? If so, he has many other fake names of his business. The Florida attorney general bashed him for his illegal activities. At present, I don't know anything about them. Do you have more info to share?

Andy, I havent got the full details yet. I guess I was lucky. All these people's stories are horrible. Good People fall on hard times. The reason why I even found out about Ellis Crosby there seems to be a connection with Platinum B Or SJM marketing. This was one of my loan companies. I am working with AG in my state and will let you know more when I get info. KYSIDE38

Hello all.
My husband and i have gotten into a payday trap. We started with one loan, to pay electric bill as well as buy groceries. Now we have 8 loans with an amount of 4500 needing to be paid back. With 1100 a month going out every month just in fees alone. We are sinking fast. We had to sell one our cars just to get rid of that payment, had everything shut off except basic stuff that we need. Still yet we are struggling to pay the payday loan fees and be able to buy groceries, and pay the basic bills every month.
Ive thought about just letting the loans go , and deal with them as they come to us looking for payment. But with the horror stories i read here im afraid to. My husband would probably lose his job if he got harrasing phone calls at work.
We need a way out of this mess. We have tried getting a bank loan, with no success, to borrowing money from family. No one has that kind of money to loan at the moment.
What can we do? Please someone tell us the next step we should take, because we are sinking fast

First thing you need to do is register with this site. After you register, a counselor will contact you within a few days to talk about some of your options. Good Luck.

Ok, i have registered with the site.
We live in Washington and have no clue on what the laws are for our state reguarding payday loans.
This coming pay check, we are not going to be able to pay the loan fees. We HAVE to pay our rent which is 2 weeks late as well as the phone bill and we desprately need to buy groceries.
My husband has been experiencing ALOt of stress as of late because we cannot pay the loans as well as have money to live.

We need some help, any kind of information that will put my husband at ease.
We DO intend on paying back all of these loans, but with the amount the loan fees are, we couldnt even start to pay them back and make a living as well as pay the fees
