That's JUST a threat and absolutely untrue, they can NOT suspend your drivers license!

Good for you, I suspect if they do call back it will be awhile. I would report them to your telephone provider too.

I keep getting calls for collection agency for the payday loans i have borrowed the tell me yhey donot have to comlpy with FDCA and can do or say what ever they want. They call my work claiming to be police officers and that they are going to have me arrested of course one ever shows up. And when you tell them go head and file the law suit because I would love to have it go in front of judge nothing ever happens. They even call with fake case numbers when go to court website there is never anything pending under my name.....Do they have to comply with the FDCA?

I am in a financial bind big time... I went from a two income family to single and before I knew it found I had 6 payday loans... Afterwards I ended up being garnished and lost my car.. My checking account is no good and today I received a call from lawyer for payday loan so they say and told me process server was looking for me but if I called number today we could try to resolve out of court. I called and explained and now I don't even have a job so I couldn't pay at the moment and she explained I needed to hire a criminal attorney due to my one loan was 350$ and would double in court and if amount exceeds 5000$ I was looking at ten years... I couldn't believe it as I am just in bad financial status not tryingto perform fraud at all.... She also told me I could pay in a month and they'd hold if I gave them credit card or something.... This didn't make sense and I am upset.. Please advise

everything this person threatened is an illegal scare tactic.report them to your local police.then ignore them.again they can do nothing they threatened, and it's all illegal.
