I received a call from 213-269-1024 last night, but there was no message left. When I tried to call this morning, I that I could get was a rapid busy signal. I know the number is from California, but I don't know who from. Can someone help?

I wonder from where do these types of number pop up. There is no information on this number too in the net.
Htgt123, did you check the yellow pages for this number?

Not yet. I tried to call it again, and it was still the rapid busy signal. Do yu think I should check the online yellow pages?
