Do these people ever stop calling you? I had a loan that defaulted because we are working with Town & Country on consolidating but this woman, Suki Hilton, from Sonic won't stop calling. I sent a cease & desist letter and even had someone from Town & Country call them. We have made 1 payment to them and are planning on paying them back end of January/early February but have not told them that yet. I wonder if they've stopped calling others? I am going to pay them just not right now.

Sonic stopped harassing us by phone and email after receiving complaint from the Attorney General office. Sonic is mad as hell because we consolidated our loans. Amanda stated that I ruined her Christmas by consolidating and in turn I told her that she ruined my christmas with all their harassment and LYING. According to the paperwork from T&C, they will receive 65.00 a month instead of $50.00. What are they complaining about, they are getting more a month this way. I have learned my lesson the hard way on payday loans. BEWARE, THEY WILL PUT YOU IN FINANCIAL RUIN. Quick fix, I don' think so.

Sonic was not to happy with me either. They attempted to put through a wage assignment and my employer sent it back to them. I tried to make payment arrangements with them, and they would not accept. Hopefully they will now. My employer told them since I did not sign the wage assignment, it was not legal. I like many others, wish I would not have taken out a payday loan with them.
